Sales Supervisor Representative of Factory Department
Responsibilities:
1.Make a progress to sales activity as committed functional to the company, mainly target to food industry & food manufacturers.
2.Proactive for various sales items as food materials, the ingredients and other new developed in synergy work platform.
3.Retain existing customers by providing promptly information with strengthen of customers relation.
4.Monitor sales delivery schedule and coordinate with involved parties in terms of delays.
5.Perform achievement on terms of sales and profit.
6.Implement strategies solution for sales and services status and analyze competitor quality and pricing.
7.Manage samples provide to the customers.
8.Handle quality claim issues and the return process.
9.Coordinate with cross function i.e. Accounting, Logistics, Procurement Dept.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or higher in any related field
- 3 years up of working experience in a multi-national trading company or food business would be an advantage
- Willing to work with customers as the assigned area, ability to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure
- Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Full computer literary (MS Office)

Accounting Officer (AP, AR & Tax)
Job Summary
Responsible for handling accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), taxation documentation, vendor billing, and maintaining customer/supplier databases in the accounting system. Ensure accounting records, tax filings, and payment transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and Revenue Department regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Payment Processing
- Record accounts payable transactions, operating expenses, and other accounting entries into the
- accounting system accurately and timely for Trade.
- Process and settle payments in the accounting system.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment-related matters.
Tax & Compliance
- Review tax invoices and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Follow up on missing or incorrect tax invoices with responsible persons (PIC) to ensure
- completeness and accuracy.
- Submit tax filings online to the Revenue Department, including: PP30, PND3, PND53, PND54
General Duties
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Accounts Receivable
AR non-trade
- Issue invoices and receipts in the system
- Receive and reconcile customer payments
- Process and record payment settlements in the accounting system.
AR trade
- Prepare billing documents for customers
- Review and separate supporting documents
- Recheck cancelled invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting, AP, AR, taxation, or related functions.
- Knowledge of Thai tax regulations and Revenue Department submissions.
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Department Head of OEM Business Development
Job Summary
The Head of OEM Business Development will be responsible for driving the growth of the
OEM business through strategic customer development, new business acquisition, and innovative
product proposals.
This role goes beyond managing customer requests. The successful candidate will be
expected to understand customer brand concepts and market trends, proactively identify products,
suppliers, and manufacturing partners, and develop commercially viable OEM opportunities.
The position will lead the entire process from product concept development to
commercialization and delivery while maximizing business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. OEM Business Development & Sales
• Develop and expand relationships with existing OEM customers
• Acquire new OEM customers in both domestic and international markets
• Analyze customer brand positioning and market trends
• Proactively propose new product concepts and business opportunities
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts
• Drive sales growth and profitability
2. Product Development & Innovation
• Lead new product development projects
• Identify and evaluate manufacturers, suppliers, and OEM partners
• Develop and present product proposals to customers
• Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Production, and QA teams
• Manage product launch timelines and commercialization processes
3. Project Management
• Oversee OEM projects from concept to delivery
• Manage project costs, timelines, and customer requirements
• Resolve project issues and customer concerns
• Coordinate export-related activities and international business requirements
4. Leadership & Business Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the OEM team
• Establish KPIs and monitor business performance
• Develop and execute OEM business strategies
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational growth
Qualification
Required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food OEM industry
• Proven experience in OEM sales, business development, or account management
• Experience leading new product development projects
• Strong network within food manufacturing and supplier industries
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of import/export procedures and INCOTERMS
• Strong English communication skills
Preferred
• Experience in Private Brand (PB) product development
• Experience serving retail, convenience store, or foodservice customers
• Experience in beverage, tea, coffee, snack, or packaged food categories
• Experience working with Japanese companies or brands
• Japanese language skills are an advantage

Sales Coordinator (Senior) – OEM & New Business Development
Job Summary
Provide administrative and coordination support to the OEM and New Business Development
(NBD) team to ensure smooth execution of product development projects, OEM customer
management, and new business initiatives. The role is responsible for documentation accuracy,
internal coordination, and timely tracking of project progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Documentation Support
Issue invoice /CN/ delivery note/ claim report/ Application of Credit (renew)
- Prepare and manage all related documents for OEM customers and NBD projects,including Certificate, and related order correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of OEM and NBD projects in internal systems or tracking files
- Track the delivery plan and coordinate with the purchasing department, logistics, and manufacturing plants.
- Ensure proper filing system (soft copy and/or hard copy) for all project documentation
2. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Procurement, , and Logistics to support project execution
- Liaise with customers regarding documentation, sample requests, product specifications, and project updates
3. Reporting
- Pull sales reports, monitor delivery status, follow up on repeat purchase orders (repeat POs).
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, coordinator, or related roles (preferred)
- Experience in Food Industry / FMCG / Distributor business is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint/PIVOT/VLOOKUP)
- Fair command of written and spoken English is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Basic understanding of project tracking
